Policy

Payment of all orders is required prior to shipping. We accept  Paypal, and you can pay also if you do not have a Paypal registered account, you just need a credit card. You can also pay by wire transfer, contact us for details. To all orders addressed to Italy and all European countries a 22% tax will be added, unless you provide a valide VAT Number.

Import duties are not included and they depend on the country you live in.

We can ship by UPS or other carriers.

Shipping

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier (FCA Florence, Italy - Incoterms® 2010).

Return Policy

Inverters, off-the-shelf items, and electronic boards returned to us in new condition within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged or refunded, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Simply package the item carefully for safe transit, enclosed a copy of your invoice with a note containing your instructions and ship it to:
